Universal control cable for machines and control systems

This 5-core JZ-603 control cable with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² is a versatile solution for indoor applications, both for professional installers and end-users. The cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range and is characterized by high resistance to external factors. Its construction and materials ensure reliable operation in demanding industrial conditions.

Construction and properties

The JZ-603 cable stands out with its solid construction, based on multi-wire copper conductors twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards. The core insulation is made of high-quality PVC TI2, which provides good flexibility and abrasion resistance. The cores are identified with numbers, and in the version with a protective conductor – an additional yellow-green protective conductor is present. The whole is surrounded by an oil-resistant outer coating made of PVC TM5, which protects the cable from the influence of oils and greases. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.8 mm.

This cable has numerous tests and certificates, including UL-CSA-HAR, which confirms its compliance with international safety standards. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. Additionally, the cable is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, which increases safety of use.

Applications and operating parameters

The JZ-603 cable is used in machines, control systems and assembly lines. It can be used in dry, wet and humid rooms with medium mechanical load – but not outdoors. The cable is intended for operation at a rated voltage of 500 V and an allowable ambient temperature from -40°C to +70°C (for stationary installation) or from -5°C to +70°C (for flexible installation). Thanks to the wide range of operating temperatures and radiation resistance (up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg), the cable performs well in various industrial conditions. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter for stationary laying.
