This 5-core JZ-603 control cable with a cross-section of 1 mm² is a reliable solution for installation in machines, control systems and assembly lines. It meets the requirements of UL, CSA and HAR standards, guaranteeing its acceptance in many countries around the world. The cable is particularly recommended for use in dry, wet and humid environments where there is a medium mechanical load.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. Made of high-quality materials, including PVC insulation and outer coating, it is resistant to oils and UV radiation. The copper strands are twisted in accordance with DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards, which ensures flexibility and ease of installation. Core identification is done using numbers, and the protective core (in the version with a protective core) is marked with yellow-green color. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing during installation.

Technical parameters and compliance with standards

The JZ-603 cable has the following parameters: rated voltage U 500 V, outer diameter approximately 8.4 mm and insulation resistance of at least 20 MOhm x km. It complies with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking) and has UL/CSA/HAR certificates confirming its safety and quality. The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL-Style 2587 standards for control cables made of special oil-resistant PVC. Additionally, it has self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties confirmed by VDE, EN and UL/CSA FT1 tests. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying.
