Control cable for universal applications

The JZ-603 7x0.75 control cable is a reliable solution for a wide range of applications in machines, control systems and assembly lines. Designed to operate in dry, wet and humid environments, with medium mechanical load, it performs well both in industry and construction. Its construction and materials guarantee long-lasting and safe operation.

Construction and properties

This cable is characterized by a solid construction. It is made of seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards. Each conductor is insulated with special PVC (TI2), providing flexibility and resistance to damage. The conductors are identified with white numbers on a black background, which makes them easier to distinguish during installation. In addition, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor for increased safety. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer coating made of PVC (TM5), resistant to oils and UV radiation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.5 mm.

It is worth noting its versatility – the cable meets the requirements of UL-CSA-HAR standards, which means its acceptance in many countries around the world. It is also compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.

Operating parameters and application

The JZ-603 cable ensures safe operation in a wide range of temperatures – from -40°C to +70°C for fixed installation and from -5°C to +70°C during flexible use (HAR). For UL/CSA standards, the operating temperature range is -40°C to +90°C (fixed) and -5°C to +90°C (flexible). The rated voltage U is 500 V, and the test voltage is 3000 V. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter for fixed installation.
