This 7-core control cable JZ-603 is a reliable solution for a wide range of applications in machines, control systems and assembly lines. It meets stringent UL, CSA and HAR standards, guaranteeing its acceptance in many countries around the world. The cable is particularly recommended for installation in dry, wet and humid environments, where it is exposed to medium mechanical loads.
Construction and properties for professionals
The cable is characterized by a solid construction – multi-wire copper cores (class 5) provide flexibility and resistance to bending. PVC TI2 insulation and an outer jacket made of oil-resistant PVC TM5 guarantee long-lasting protection against mechanical damage and external factors. The cores are twisted in parallel, and their identification is done using numbers, which facilitates assembly and servicing. A version with a yellow-green protective core (G) or without it (x) is available.
Safety and compliance with standards
The JZ-603 cable has been designed with user safety in mind. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. It also has certificates confirming its fire resistance (UL-VW-1, CSA FT1) and oil resistance (DIN VDE 0473-811-404 / DIN EN 60811-404, UL 1581 part 50.182). It meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
This cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 500 V, making it a universal solution for many electrical installations. Its operating temperature range is from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +70°C (flexible), ensuring reliability even in difficult conditions. The outer diameter of approximately 10 mm makes it easy to route cables in tight spaces, and the core cross-section of 1 mm² makes it suitable for a wide range of control applications. Additionally, radiation resistance up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad) increases its durability in environments exposed to UV radiation. Minimum bending radius – flexible 7.5 x Ø cable, stationary 4 x Ø cable – facilitates installation even in places with limited space.
