Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a careful construction that affects its unique properties. Multi-strand, flexible copper conductors (class 5) are insulated with special PVC (Z 7225). Black conductors are numbered according to DIN VDE 0293, which facilitates identification and connection. A yellow-green protective conductor (available from 3 conductors) provides additional safety. Parallel twisted conductors are surrounded by an insulating foil and an effective screen of copper wires (coverage approx. 85%), which minimizes electromagnetic interference. The whole is covered with a durable outer coating made of special PVC TM2, resistant to oils and chemicals.

Thanks to the use of insulating foil, the cable has a reduced outer diameter (approx. 23.1 mm), which makes it easier to route even in tight spaces. The cable's flexibility allows for easy laying and connection without the risk of damaging the conductors. The braiding ensures effective signal transmission without interference – crucial in control and automation systems.
