The JZ-600-Y-CY 3G0.75 cable is characterized by twisted copper conductors, PVC insulation and a shielded braided screen. The conductors are numbered for easy identification, and the version with a protective conductor (G) provides additional safety. The flexible construction allows for repeated bending without damaging the wires, making installation easier in tight spaces and dynamic applications.

Construction and properties

• Conductors: Multi-wire, flexible, made of bare copper (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295). This ensures good conductivity and flexibility of the cable.
• Insulation: Special PVC TI2 (DIN VDE 0207-363-3 / DIN EN 50363-3), resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage.
• Screen: Tinned copper braid – a key element providing protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC).
• Outer jacket: Made of PVC TM2 (DIN VDE 0207-363-4-1 / DIN EN 50363-4-1), resistant to oils, chemicals and UV radiation (in the case of a black jacket).
• Temperature range: Operation at temperatures from -5°C to +80°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +80°C (stationary).
• Rated voltage: 1000 V (VDE) / 1000 V (UL/CSA).
• Approximate outer diameter: 9 mm – compact size facilitates installation even in limited spaces.
• UV resistance: Provided by the black outer jacket – the cable retains its properties even with prolonged exposure to sunlight.
• Compliance with standards: Meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179.
