Flexible cable JZ-600-Y-CY is a reliable solution for power supply and control, designed for both professional installers and end-users. Construction and properties

The JZ-600-Y-CY cable has a construction guaranteeing long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It consists of multi-strand copper conductors, insulated with special PVC TI2, which provides them with flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The conductors are twisted in parallel, and their identification is done with white numbers on a black background, making correct connection easier. Additionally, the cable is equipped with a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors), ensuring safe use. The screen made of tinned copper braid minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is particularly important in industrial environments. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer sheath made of black PVC TM2 (RAL 9005), resistant to UV radiation and the action of oils and chemicals.

Application and parameters

This cable finds wide application in measuring systems, monitoring and control of machines and devices in various industries – from construction machinery to production lines, air conditioning, foundries and steelworks. It will also work in internal installations and in conditions exposed to moisture. Thanks to its flexibility, it is ideal for applications requiring frequent bending and movement. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 1000 V, and the insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 13.4 mm with a conductor cross-section of 2.5 mm².

The JZ-600-Y-CY cable meets strict safety standards, such as DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179. It also has certificates confirming its self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2). The product is compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
