This multi-core flexible cable JZ-600-Y-CY is the ideal solution for both professional installers and end-users who need a reliable conductor in harsh conditions. The cable is designed to transmit power in control systems, machines, conveyors and industrial applications. Thanks to the copper screen, it minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is crucial for the correct operation of sensitive devices.

Construction and parameters – solidity for years

The cable is characterized by a solid construction based on stranded copper conductors, which ensures flexibility and resistance to repeated bending. PVC (polyvinyl chloride) insulation guarantees safe use and long-term operation. The copper shielding braid effectively protects against external interference. The outer jacket made of PVC additionally protects the cable against mechanical damage and weathering. The conductor cross-section of 0.5 mm² makes the cable suitable for applications requiring the transfer of moderate currents. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 10.1 mm.

The cable features a rated voltage of 1000 V, ensuring versatility in various installations. It has five cores, allowing for the transmission of control signals and power. It can operate in a wide temperature range from -40°C to +80°C, both during stationary and dynamic operation. The screen in the form of a copper braid provides high effectiveness in shielding against electromagnetic interference (EMC). The PVC insulation guarantees good electrical insulation and abrasion resistance. The cable conductors are multi-strand and flexible (class 5), making installation easier and providing flexibility.

The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179, which confirms its high quality and safety. It also has UL/CSA certificates confirming compliance with North American standards. It is also UV-resistant (in the case of a black outer jacket) and highly oil-resistant and resistant to chemical compounds. The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.
