Its construction ensures not only easy installation but also resistance to harsh environmental conditions.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: stranded copper conductor class 5, insulation made of halogen-free polymer and an outer jacket made of the same material. The cores are twisted in parallel, and in the case of versions with a protective conductor (from 3 cores), it is located in the outer layer, which facilitates identification. The cable is metered and available in grey (RAL 7001). The use of halogen-free materials ensures minimal smoke emission in the event of a fire, increasing the safety of users and the installation.

Additionally, this cable stands out with a number of properties:

• Resistance to external factors: resistant to oils, greases, UV radiation and hydrolysis.

• Flexibility: maintains flexibility over a wide temperature range – from -30°C to +80°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +80°C (stationary).

The MEGAFLEX 500 cable has a cross-section of 0.5 mm² and a rated voltage of 500 V. The outer diameter is approximately 8.8 mm. Thanks to the use of class 5 stranded wire, the cable is exceptionally flexible and easy to route in tight spaces. The minimum bending radius is 10x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4x diameter for fixed laying. The cable has core identification by numbers, which facilitates correct connection. A version with a yellow-green protective conductor is also available.
