This grey, halogen-free MEGAFLEX 500 4G0,5 flexible cable is a versatile solution for electrical installations where high flexibility and safety are required. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction based on four copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², twisted together to increase flexibility. The conductors are insulated with a special halogen-free polymer, which ensures safety in the event of a fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. A yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors) further increases the safety level of the installation. The outer jacket made of the same material provides resistance to abrasion, oils and UV radiation. The minimum bending radius is 4x the cable diameter for fixed laying and 10x the diameter for flexible operation.

The cable meets strict European standards (DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11 / DIN EN 50525-3-11) and American standards (UL-Style 20939, UL-Std. 758), which confirms its high quality and reliability. It also has a CE certificate, guaranteeing compliance with the low-voltage directive.
