This halogen-free MEGAFLEX 500 flexible cable is a versatile solution for electrical installations where flexibility and safety are required. ### Construction and properties

The MEGAFLEX 500 cable is characterized by a solid construction designed for durability and reliability. Made of stranded copper cores, it provides good conductivity and flexibility. The core insulation is made of a special halogen-free polymer, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. The outer jacket is also made of a halogen-free polymer, providing additional protection against external factors.

It is worth noting a number of certificates and standards that confirm the high quality of the product: compliance with DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11 / DIN EN 50525-3-11 and UL-Style 20939 / UL-Std. 758. The cable is resistant to oils, UV radiation and hydrolysis, making it ideal for use in harsh environmental conditions. Additionally, it is ozone resistant and recyclable – which is important from an ecological point of view.
