Construction and properties

The MEGAFLEX 500 cable features a solid construction, providing resistance to mechanical, chemical damage, and weather conditions. It is made of multi-wire copper conductor (class 5), which guarantees good flexibility and resistance to repeated bending. The core insulation is made of a special halogen-free polymer, which minimizes the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire – important for the safety of people and equipment. Black cores are clearly marked with white numbers according to DIN VDE 0293, and the protective conductor (yellow-green) is present from 3 cores. The outer jacket is also made of a halogen-free polymer in gray (RAL 7001).

This cable meets stringent European standards (DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11 / DIN EN 50525-3-11) and American standards (UL-Style 20939, UL-Std. 758), confirming its high quality and safety. Additionally, it has a CE certificate, guaranteeing compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
