Construction and properties

The MEGAFLEX 500 cable is characterized by an advanced construction that guarantees long-lasting and safe operation. It is made of stranded copper conductors, which provide high flexibility and facilitate installation. The conductor insulation is made of a halogen-free polymer, which minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire. The conductors are twisted in parallel and marked with numbers for easy identification. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer jacket made of a grey (RAL 7001) halogen-free polymer. The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor, providing additional safety.

The minimum bending radius is 10x the cable diameter for flexible laying and 4x the diameter for fixed laying. Thanks to these parameters, the cable is perfect for installations requiring high flexibility and resistance to difficult working conditions. Its versatility makes it suitable for both fixed and mobile installations (taking into account free movements without stress). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 31.2 mm.
