Construction and properties

The MEGAFLEX 500 cable is constructed with five copper conductors with a cross-section of 4 mm², which provide efficient current conduction. The conductors are insulated with a special halogen-free polymer, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it limits the release of toxic gases. The protective conductor (yellow-green color) is present from 3 conductors, providing additional protection. The cable construction includes parallel twisted conductors surrounded by an outer jacket of halogen-free polymer, which provides resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 12.1 mm.
