MEGAFLEX 500 7G1 cable is a flexible solution for applications requiring high resistance to external factors and safety. Made of high-quality materials, this cable is used in machine construction, air conditioning systems, ship structures, and renewable energy sources. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction based on seven stranded copper conductors, which provides it with exceptional flexibility. The conductors are insulated with a special halogen-free polymer, which minimizes the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire. A yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors) further increases safety. The whole is surrounded by an outer jacket made of halogen-free polymer in gray color (RAL 7001). The cable is metered, which facilitates its precise cutting to the needs of the installation.

Technical parameters and application

MEGAFLEX 500 7G1 cable with a cross-section of 1 mm² and a rated voltage of 500 V is ideal for both fixed installations and flexible connections (while maintaining free movement without mechanical stress). Its outer diameter is approximately 8.6 mm. The minimum bending radius is 10x the cable diameter for flexible operation and 4x for fixed laying. Thanks to these properties, it finds application in the construction of machines and equipment, air conditioning systems, ship structures and installations using renewable energy sources – especially in wind power plants. The cable also has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU.
