This halogen-free MEGAFLEX 500 flexible cable is a reliable solution for installations where safety and durability are key. Construction and properties
The MEGAFLEX 500 cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-term and safe operation. It is made of stranded copper wire (class 5), which guarantees good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The cores are insulated with a special halogen-free polymer, which minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire. Protective cores (in versions with a protective core) are marked in yellow-green for easy identification. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer coating made of halogen-free polymer in gray (RAL 7001).
The cable meets strict safety standards, including DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11 / DIN EN 50252-3-11 and UL-Style 20939 / UL-Std. 758. Additionally, it has a number of certificates confirming its resistance to flames, oils, UV radiation and weather conditions. Thanks to this, you can be sure that the installation is protected against potential hazards.
