The core insulation is made of a special halogen-free polymer, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke (compliant with IEC 60332-1-2 and DIN VDE 0482-754-1 standards). The cores are black with white number printing (DIN VDE 0293) for easy identification. The yellow-green protective core (from 3 cores) is placed in the outer layer. A braid screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in sensitive applications. The outer jacket is also made of a halogen-free polymer, providing additional protection against external factors.
