This shielded MEGAFLEX 500-C 4x0.5 mm² halogen-free cable is an ideal solution for both professional installers and end-users who expect high quality and safety. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction using high-quality materials. Four copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 cl.5, BS 6360 cl.5 and IEC 60228 cl.5 provide flexibility and reliability of connections. The conductors are insulated with a special halogen-free polymer, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it limits the release of toxic gases. Black conductors are numbered according to DIN VDE 0293 for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a braided screen of tinned copper wires (85% coverage), which minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC). The whole is surrounded by an outer jacket made of halogen-free polymer in gray color (RAL 7001), providing resistance to external factors.
