### Construction and properties

The MEGAFLEX 500-C 5G16 cable features an advanced construction that provides optimal electrical and mechanical parameters. Made of high-quality materials, it meets stringent safety standards and is resistant to external factors. The copper, stranded and flexible conductors (class 5) facilitate installation and ensure good conductivity. The conductors are black, numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334 for easy identification. The braided screen effectively minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in sensitive applications. The conductor insulation is made of a special halogen-free polymer, which increases safety in the event of a fire – limiting the release of toxic gases and smoke. The whole is surrounded by a gray (RAL 7001) outer coating made of a halogen-free polymer, resistant to UV radiation, oils and abrasion.
