Low smoke halogen-free control cable – safety and flexibility in one

This flexible JZ-520 HMH LS0H control cable is a solution designed for demanding installations where fire safety and reliability are key. The cable is characterized by high fire resistance and low emission of smoke and toxic gases during combustion, making it an ideal choice for public buildings and facilities with increased safety requirements. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation.

Construction and properties

The cable has a stranded copper conductor construction, which provides high flexibility and facilitates installation even in difficult conditions. The conductors are insulated with a halogen-free polymer mixture, and the entire cable is covered with a halogen-free plastic coating in gray (RAL 7001). Such a construction guarantees not only safety but also resistance to mechanical damage and external factors.

• Halogen-free: Materials used in production do not contain halogen, minimizing the risk of toxic gas formation during a fire.
• CPR class B2ca-s1a, d0, a1: Meets high fire safety standards according to EN 50575. This means limited contribution to fire development, low surface flammability, and no smoke emission.
• Wide operating temperature range: The ability to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +70°C (flexibly from -15°C to +70°C) makes the cable versatile and can be used in various environmental conditions.
• Rated voltage 300/500V: The cable is intended for installations with a voltage of up to 500V.
• Minimum bending radius: Allows easy installation even in tight spaces – flexibly 12.5x cable diameter, and permanently 4x cable diameter.

Applications

JZ-520 HMH LS0H cable is widely used as a control cable in public buildings (office buildings, hospitals, schools), industrial facilities, and anywhere where increased fire safety is required. It will also work as a measuring and control cable in machines, production lines, and air conditioning systems. It is ideal for permanent and flexible installations with medium mechanical stress. Additionally, it meets the requirements for installation in dry, damp and wet places and is suitable for surface laying.
