Halogen-free control cable – safety and flexibility in one

This grey, flexible JZ-520 HMH LS0H cable is a solution for installations requiring a high level of fire safety, especially in public places. The cable is designed for control, measurement applications, as well as in machines and air conditioning systems. Its construction and materials guarantee reliability and durability even in harsh conditions.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a multi-wire, copper core of flexibility class 5, which ensures high flexibility during installation and use. The core insulation is made of halogen-free TI7 polymer mixture, and the outer coating is made of halogen-free type M1 plastic. This construction minimizes the risk of toxic gas emissions in the event of a fire, protecting people's health and sensitive electronics. Additionally, the cable is metered, making it easier to precisely adjust the length to the needs of the installation.

Application and compliance with standards

The JZ-520 HMH LS0H cable is primarily used in buildings of Hazard to People (ZL) character, where the highest fire safety standards are required. It will be useful in office buildings, skyscrapers, hospitals, schools, airports and stations. It can also be used in machines, conveyor belts and air conditioning systems. The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE and EN 50525 standards and has a CE mark confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. The minimum bending radius is 12.5x the cable diameter for flexible laying and 4x the diameter for fixed laying, making installation easier even in hard-to-reach places.
