Universal control cable – safety and flexibility

This grey, flexible JZ-520 HMH LS0H cable is a solution for installations requiring a high level of fire safety. The cable is designed for buildings with a high density of people, such as office buildings, hospitals, or educational institutions, where limiting the emission of toxic gases and smoke in the event of a fire is crucial. It will work in both fixed and flexible installations.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction based on seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², insulated with a halogen-free polymer mixture. The conductors are twisted in layers, which ensures optimal pitch and facilitates installation. Additionally, the cable has a green-yellow protective conductor (from 3 conductors upwards), placed in the outer layer. The outer sheath is made of halogen-free M1 plastic, which further increases safety. This material does not contain substances that hinder painting during subsequent finishing works.

The cable meets DIN VDE and EN standards, guaranteeing high quality and reliability. It is resistant to oils and characterized by good flexibility over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +70°C (depending on the method of laying). The minimum bending radius allows for easy routing of cables even in tight spaces. Fire reaction class B2ca-s1a, d0, a1 provides a high level of fire protection.
