Universal control cable – safety and flexibility

This halogen-free control cable JZ-520 HMH LS0H is a solution for installations where fire safety and protection of people are a priority. The cable is designed for buildings with a high density of people, such as office buildings, hospitals or educational institutions, but will also work in industry and specialized applications. Its flexible construction makes installation easier and ensures reliability in various conditions.

Construction and properties for demanding applications

The cable is characterized by a construction based on multi-wire copper conductors, insulated with a halogen-free polymer mixture. This construction ensures not only high conductivity and flexibility, but above all minimizes the risk of toxic gases forming during a fire. The outer sheath made of halogen-free M1 plastic further increases the level of safety. The cable is metered, which makes it easy to precisely adapt to the needs of the installation. It meets strict European standards, including CPR class B2ca-s1a, d0, a1 – guaranteeing limited flammability and smoke emission.

• Halogen-free: Minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire, protecting human health and life, as well as sensitive electronics.
• Flexibility: Enables easy installation even in difficult conditions and with complex cable routes. Operating temperature range from -15°C to +70°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) ensures reliable operation over a wide temperature range.
• Resistance to external factors: The cable is resistant to oils and corrosion of gases produced during combustion, which increases its durability and reliability.
• CPR class B2ca-s1a, d0, a1: Provides a high level of fire safety in accordance with EN 50575 standard.
• Rated voltage 300/500V: Intended for a wide range of electrical applications.
• Minimum bending radius: Flexible 12.5x cable diameter; for fixed laying 4x cable diameter – facilitates installation in tight spaces.
