This flexible JZ-520 HMH LS0H control cable is a reliable solution for both professional installers and end users. Thanks to the halogen-free coating, it minimizes the risk of toxic gas emissions in the event of a fire, protecting health and property. Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction: multi-strand copper conductors provide good flexibility and connection durability. Insulation made of a halogen-free polymer mixture guarantees safe use, and a green-yellow protective conductor (from 3 conductors upwards) provides effective protection against electric shock. The strands twisted in layers with an optimal pitch minimize signal interference. The outer coating made of a halogen-free type M1 plastic (grey RAL 7001) is resistant to mechanical damage and atmospheric factors.
The JZ-520 HMH LS0H cable meets strict European standards, including CPR class B2ca-s1a, d0, a1, which confirms its high quality and safety. The cable maintains flexibility over a wide temperature range – from -15°C to +70°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +70°C (stationary). The operating voltage is 300/500 V, and the test voltage is 2000 V. The minimum bending radius ensures easy installation even in tight spaces.
