Halogen-free cable for cable carriers, paired, shielded SUPER-PAAR-TRONIC-C-PUR® 10x2x0.75 mm² grey, color-coded wires acc. to DIN 47100 19135

Control cable for use in energy chains

This flexible, shielded cable, designed for chain systems, is the ideal solution wherever exposure to electromagnetic interference and frequencies can affect the reliability of data transmission. Thanks to its exceptional flexibility, it is perfect for robotics, moving parts of machines, and BUS systems. The cable's construction, based on modern technology and a polyurethane outer jacket, ensures a long service life even in demanding conditions.

Construction and properties

The cable is constructed of stranded copper conductors, insulated with PP and twisted in pairs. These pairs are arranged in parallel, making it easier to identify the conductors in accordance with DIN VDE 47100. The whole is surrounded by a fleece wrap and a braid screen of tinned copper wires (85% coverage), providing effective protection against interference. The durable TMPU polyurethane outer jacket (DIN VDE 0207-363-10-2 / DIN EN 50363-10-2) guarantees resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils, acids, and solvents. The cable is metered and available in grey (RAL 7001).

  • Flexibility: Thanks to the construction with fine-wire conductors (class 6 according to DIN VDE 0295), the cable performs perfectly in dynamic applications.
  • Chemical resistance: The insulation and outer jacket material provides resistance to aggressive chemicals, extending the cable's life in harsh industrial conditions.
  • Shielding: The braided screen of tinned copper wires minimizes the influence of electromagnetic interference on the transmitted signals.
  • Mechanical strength: The cable construction provides high resistance to mechanical damage and fatigue with frequent bending.
  • Safety: The product meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).

Technical parameters and scope of applications

The cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 350 V and a test voltage of 1500 V. The insulation resistance is min. 100 MOhm x km, and the mutual capacitance is approx. 135 nF/km. The conductor cross-section is 0.75 mm², and the outer diameter is approximately 16.6 mm. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -30°C to +70°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +70°C (stationary). The minimum bending radius for flexible applications is 7.5x cable diameter for a cross-section of 0.25 mm² and 10x cable diameter for a cross-section of 0.5-1 mm². It is important to observe the rules for laying cables in chain systems - detailed information can be found in the manufacturer's instructions and the Helukabel cable table for cable carriers. For optimal electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), it is recommended to have a two-sided contact of the copper braid with the cable gland clamps.
