Halogen-free cable for cable conductors, paired, shielded SUPER-PAAR-TRONIC-C-PUR® 6x2x0.25 mm² grey, color-coded wires according to DIN 47100 19106
Control cable shielded for dynamic applications
This flexible 300/500V control cable, with a construction of 6x2x0.25 mm², is designed for demanding applications such as robotics, moving machine parts and chain systems. Its construction with twisted pairs and shielding provides resistance to electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in industrial environments. This cable also works as a connection in BUS systems.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by exceptional flexibility thanks to the use of fine-stranded copper conductors twisted in pairs. Insulation made of polypropylene (PP) ensures chemical resistance to oils, solvents, acids and alkalis. In addition, a special outer coating made of polyurethane (TMPU) guarantees high resistance to abrasion, tearing and mechanical damage, even under conditions of intense bending. A fleece wrap and a screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) provide effective protection against interference.
Applications and benefits
- Applications in energy chains: Thanks to its high flexibility and bending strength, it is ideal for continuous operation.
- Robotics and automation: Provides reliable connections in moving elements of machines and devices.
- Control systems: Shielding minimizes interference in the transmission of control signals.
- Chemical resistance: Possibility of use in aggressive industrial environments.
- Durability: Resistance to abrasion and tearing translates into a long cable life, even with intensive use.
- EMC compatibility: Ensures minimization of electromagnetic interference thanks to shielding – for optimal effect, it is recommended to have contact of the braid with the clamps on both sides.
- Wide temperature range: Operation at a temperature of -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and -30°C to +70°C (flexible).
The cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking) and DIN VDE 0812. Please remember that when using the cable in cable ducts, refer to the manufacturer's instructions.
