This black, two-core HELUTHERM® 145 MULTI cable with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² combines flexibility, safety, and durability. Designed for installations where resistance to high temperatures and minimal risk of toxic gas emissions in the event of a fire are crucial. Core identification compliant with DIN VDE 0293-308 ensures ease and precision during installation.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by an advanced construction, utilizing multi-wire copper conductors of class 5 to ensure flexibility and connection reliability. Insulation made of cross-linked polyolefin copolymer guarantees high resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and weather conditions. Additionally, the use of electronic crosslinking technology increases the insulation's resistance to soldering temperatures – up to 380°C – which facilitates installation work. The cable has an outer diameter of approximately 6 mm.

The HELUTHERM® 145 MULTI cable finds wide application in the wiring of lighting fixtures, heating devices, electrical machines (thermal class B), distribution boards, and in the construction of machines and installations. Thanks to its properties, it is also ideal for outdoor installations, street signaling, and anywhere where high resistance to weather conditions, ozone, and UV radiation is required. Its halogen-free coating minimizes the risk of toxic gas formation during a fire, increasing user safety and facilitating evacuation. A wide range of permissible operating temperatures – from -55°C to +145°C (short-term up to +250°C) – allows its use in extreme conditions. The rated voltage U is 500V.
