This flexible control cable JZ-500 HMH 8G1 is a proposal for professionals and end-users who value safety and high quality workmanship. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction compliant with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/ DIN EN 50525-3-11 standards. It has 8 copper, stranded conductors (class 5), which ensures flexibility and ease of installation. The conductors are insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, and their black color with white digital printing facilitates identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors), increasing safety. The outer jacket is made of halogen-free TM7 mixture in gray color (RAL 7001).

• Halogen-free: Materials used in production do not contain halogen, which minimizes the risk of toxic gas formation during a fire. This is crucial in places with increased safety requirements.

The JZ-500 HMH 8G1 cable with a conductor cross-section of 1 mm² and a rated voltage of 500V is ideal for use as a measuring, control and steering cable in various industries. It will work in machine installations, conveyors, technological lines and in the construction of electrical installations. It can be used both in dry and humid environments and surface-mounted. The minimum bending radius is 4x cable diameter for fixed laying and 12.5x cable diameter during flexible operation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9 mm.
