This multi-core JZ-600 HMH 18G0.5 cable is a reliable solution for transmitting power and control signals in demanding industrial environments. Construction and properties

The cable is designed for durability and reliability. It consists of 18 copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture. The conductors are twisted in parallel and numbered for easy identification. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture, providing additional protection against mechanical damage and weathering. The jacket color is black (RAL 9005). Thanks to the use of halogen-free materials, in the event of a fire, the cable emits a minimal amount of toxic gases, increasing the safety of people nearby.

Application and technical parameters

The JZ-600 HMH 18G0.5 cable performs perfectly in both stationary and flexible installations. It can be used in dry, wet and humid environments and laid openly. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/ DIN EN 50525-3-11 standards. Its permissible operating temperature is from -40°C to +80°C for fixed laying and from -15°C to +70°C for flexible operation. The rated voltage U is 1000 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 13.8 mm. The conductors are made of flexible stranded copper (class 5).
