This halogen-free JZ-600 HMH 18G0.75 cable is the optimal solution for applications requiring flexibility and high resistance to external factors. The cable is designed for a wide range of installations, from machines and conveyor belts to production lines, air conditioning systems and industrial installations. Its construction ensures reliable operation in both stationary and flexible installations.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction using high-quality materials. Copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² are insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, which ensures safety in the event of a fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. 18 cores are black with white numbers, making identification easier during installation and servicing. A protective conductor (available in some versions) further increases safety. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture, providing resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage.

The cable meets strict European standards (DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/ DIN EN 50525-3-11) and has a CE certificate, confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive. The cable is also resistant to radiation up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).

Technical parameters and application

The JZ-600 HMH 18G0.75 cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 1000 V. Its outer diameter is approximately 14.5 mm, and the permissible ambient temperature during installation is -15°C to +80°C, and after installation (without vibration) -40°C to +80°C. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for fixed laying and 15 x cable diameter for flexible operation. This cable is ideal for applications requiring frequent bending and movement, such as connections in construction machinery or production lines. Thanks to its construction, it also works well in installations exposed to oils and greases.
