Flexible halogen-free cable for industrial and control applications

This flexible JZ-600 HMH 3G25 cable is a reliable solution for transmitting power in demanding industrial environments. Its construction allows for use in both stationary and flexible installations, although it is not intended for continuous movements or mechanical stress.

Construction and properties ensuring safety

The cable is distinguished by the use of high-quality materials and advanced production technology. Copper conductors with a cross-section of 25 mm² provide efficient current conduction, and their flexibility (class 5) facilitates installation and connection. The conductor insulation is made of halogen-free TI6 mixture, which minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire – important for the safety of people and equipment. The outer sheath made of TM7 mixture further protects the cable against mechanical damage and the influence of atmospheric factors. The cable conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification, and from 3 conductors there is a green-yellow protective conductor.

Additionally, the cable has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. It is resistant to radiation up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad). The permissible operating temperature is from -15°C to +70°C for flexible laying and from -40°C to +70°C for fixed laying. The minimum bending radius is 15 x outer diameter for flexible laying and 7.5 x outer diameter for fixed laying. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 24.8 mm.
