Construction and properties

The JZ-600 HMH cable features a halogen-free construction, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. Copper conductors with a cross-section of 35 mm² are insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture, and their black color with white numbers makes identification easier. Twisted conductors provide flexibility and convenience during installation. The outer sheath made of TM7 mixture protects the cable against mechanical damage and external factors. Additionally, the cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/ DIN EN 50525-3-11.

Application and parameters

This flexible control cable with a rated voltage of 1000 V is perfect for applications requiring high reliability and safety. It can be used in dry, wet and humid environments and laid openly. Thanks to a wide range of operating temperatures (from -40°C to +80°C for permanent laying and from -15°C to +70°C for flexible applications), the cable retains its properties even in extreme conditions. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 27.4 mm. It is worth noting its resistance to radiation up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad), which makes it an ideal choice for industrial applications. The protective conductor (available with or without a yellow-green wire) further increases safety.
