Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Copper conductors class 5 (flexible stranded) are insulated with halogen-free TI6 compound, which minimizes the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire. Black cores with white numerical printing facilitate identification during installation. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 compound, providing additional mechanical protection and resistance to external factors. The cable has one yellow-green protective core.
It is worth noting the compliance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/ DIN EN 50525-3-11 standards, which confirms its high quality and safety of use. Additionally, the cable has passed fire tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-3-24, BS 4066 part 3 and DIN EN 60332-3-24 standards, guaranteeing its self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties.

The JZ-600 HMH 4G0.5 cable has a conductor cross-section of 0.5 mm² and a rated voltage of 1000 V. It can be used at temperatures from -15°C to +70°C during flexible operation and from -40°C to +70°C during fixed installation. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 7.2 mm. The minimum bending radius is 15 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 7.5 x cable diameter during fixed installation.
This cable performs perfectly in dry, wet and humid environments and for surface mounting. Due to its properties, it is particularly recommended for use in places with increased fire safety requirements - such as public buildings or industrial production halls.
