Universal control cable for demanding applications

This flexible, halogen-free control cable JZ-600 HMH 4G10 is a reliable solution for use in machines, production lines, industrial installations and air conditioning equipment. The cable is designed with safety and durability in mind, offering high resistance to fire and environmental factors. Its construction with four cores of 10 mm² cross-section provides adequate performance for a variety of power and control applications.

Construction and properties

The JZ-600 HMH cable is characterized by an advanced construction ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. It is made of unbleached copper conductors of flexibility class 5, which ensures flexibility and ease of installation. The core insulation is made of halogen-free TI6 mixture, and the cores are twisted in parallel for optimal fit. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture, providing additional protection against mechanical damage and environmental influences. The color of the jacket – black (RAL 9005) – facilitates identification. The cores are black with white numerical printing for easy identification during installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 cores in the outer layer), increasing safety of use.

The cable meets stringent safety standards, including fire resistance tests (DIN VDE 0482-332-3-24, BS 4066 part 3, DIN EN 60332-3-24, IEC 60332-3-24) and halogen-free (DIN VDE 0482-754-1, DIN EN 60754-1, IEC 60754-1). It is compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE). Thanks to this, you can be sure that the electrical installation is safe and complies with applicable regulations.

Application and technical parameters

The JZ-600 HMH cable is perfect for both stationary and flexible installations. It can be used in dry, wet and humid environments and laid on the surface. It is ideal for applications requiring high fire and corrosion resistance – e.g. in steel mills or the chemical industry. Thanks to the wide range of operating temperatures (-40°C to +80°C during permanent installation and -15°C to +70°C flexible), it can be used in various environmental conditions. The rated voltage U is 1000 V, and the test voltage is as high as 4000 V, which guarantees reliable operation. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 18.5 mm.
