This halogen-free flexible cable JZ-600 HMH 4G95 is an optimal solution for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning systems and steel mills. The cable is designed for both stationary and flexible installations, where high resistance to external and mechanical factors is required. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures safe and reliable power transmission in demanding industrial conditions.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on multi-wire copper conductors of class 5, providing high flexibility and resistance to bending. The conductors are insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture, which minimizes the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire. Black conductors are numbered for easy identification during installation. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture, providing additional protection against mechanical damage and weathering.

The cable meets strict safety standards, including fire tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-3-24 and IEC 60332-3-24. It is also compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). Thanks to the use of materials that do not contain cadmium and silicone, the cable is environmentally friendly and safe to use.
