Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a careful construction, using stranded copper conductors twisted (class 5), which gives it high flexibility and resistance to bending. The conductors are insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, which minimizes the release of toxic gases in the event of a fire. The outer jacket color – gray (RAL 7001) – makes it easy to identify the cable in the installation. The conductors are black with white digit printing, which makes them easier to distinguish during assembly and servicing. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing of the required length.

The OZ-500 HMH 3x0.75 cable is used as a measuring, control and steering cable in various industries. It will work well in both fixed and mobile installations (taking into account the permissible mechanical load). Designed to operate at a rated voltage of 500V and a conductor cross-section of 0.75 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 5.6 mm. The minimum bending radius during fixed laying is 4 x cable diameter, and during flexible operation – 12.5 x cable diameter. The cable is resistant to radiation up to 100 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).
