Construction and properties

The OZ-600 HMH cable is distinguished by its careful construction, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Made of unannealed class 5 copper wire (flexible multi-strand), insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture. Black wires are permanently marked with white numbers for easy identification. Parallel twisted wires minimize the risk of mechanical damage during assembly and operation. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture, providing additional protection against environmental factors.

The cable meets stringent safety standards, including fire resistance tests (DIN VDE 0482-332-3-24, BS 4066 part 3, DIN EN 60332-3-24) and smoke and corrosive gas emissions (DIN VDE 0482-754-2, DIN EN 60754-2). This ensures a high level of safety in the event of a fire. In addition, the cable complies with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE).
