Halogen-free control and power cable OZ-600 HMH 5x0.75 mm² black cores numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334 12741
Flexible cable OZ-600 HMH is a proposition for installers and users looking for a reliable solution for conducting energy in various applications. This cable, made of high-quality materials, is characterized by its flexibility and resistance to external factors. The use of a halogen-free jacket increases safety in the event of a fire, minimizing the emission of toxic gases.
Features and application
This cable is widely used in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning equipment, and in the metallurgical industry. It will work well in both stationary and flexible installations – where a secure connection and resistance to bending are required. However, it should be remembered that it is not intended for applications with frequent movements or mechanical loads. The possibility of laying in dry, wet and humid environments increases its versatility. Thanks to compliance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/ DIN EN 50525-3-11 standards, the cable meets high standards of quality and safety.
Construction and parameters
The cable is characterized by a construction ensuring long-term and trouble-free operation. It is made of unannealed copper strands of flexibility class 5 (multi-strand flexible), which provides it with high flexibility. The core insulation is made of halogen-free TI6 mixture, and the black cores are permanently marked with white numbers for easy identification. Parallel twisted cores minimize the risk of damage during assembly and operation. The outer jacket made of halogen-free TM7 mixture provides additional protection against external factors. The cable has a rated voltage of 1000 V and an allowable ambient temperature during operation from -40°C to +80°C (for fixed laying) and from -15°C to +70°C (flexible). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 8.4 mm with a core cross-section of 0.75 mm².
Additionally, it is worth mentioning its resistance to radiation up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad), which makes it suitable for use in specific industrial conditions.
