Construction and properties

The RZ1-K cable is distinguished by its careful construction, which guarantees its durability and functionality. It consists of multi-strand copper conductors class 5 (according to EN 60228/ IEC 60228) insulated with XLPE material. The conductors are available in colors: brown, black, gray and yellow-green (protective identification). The whole is surrounded by an LS0H (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) coating, which provides resistance to UV radiation and weather conditions. This makes the cable perfect for both internal and external installations, as well as in places exposed to direct sunlight.

Additionally, the cable is characterized by flexibility, which facilitates its installation and routing in tight spaces. Its outer diameter is approximately 10.8 mm, and the weight per meter is 0.184 kg. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +90°C, and the maximum conductor temperature during a short circuit can reach +250°C (short circuit time max. 5s). The operating voltage is 0.6/1kV.
