The MEGAFLEX 500-C cable stands out with its advanced construction, which combines a number of key features:

• Halogen-free: Made of halogen-free materials, ensuring safety in the event of a fire – limits the emission of toxic gases and smoke. Complies with IEC 60332-1-2 and DIN VDE 0482-754-1 standards.
• Shielding: A braid of tinned copper wires effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), ensuring a stable signal transmission. For optimal EMC protection, it is recommended to have two-sided contact of the braid with the terminals.
• Flexibility: Multi-wire strand construction of the cores (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295) provides high flexibility, making installation and adaptation to complex systems easier.
• Resistance: The cable is resistant to oils, greases, UV radiation and weathering, allowing it to be used in harsh environmental conditions.
• Numbered cores: Black cores with white numbers make it easier to identify and connect the wires in accordance with DIN VDE 0293 standard.
