The cable is characterized by an advanced construction that combines a number of important features. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Copper strands are twisted in accordance with DIN VDE 0295 cl.5, BS 6360 cl.5 and IEC 60228 cl.5 standards, which translates into their flexibility and mechanical strength. The core insulation is made of a special halogen-free polymer, which minimizes the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire. In addition, the cable has a braid screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage), which provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC).

The MEGAFLEX 500-C cable performs perfectly in a wide temperature range:

Thanks to this, it can be used both in internal and external installations, regardless of the prevailing weather conditions. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.5 mm, which facilitates its routing in existing installations. The rated voltage U is 500 V and the core cross-section is 0.5 mm².
