Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, using multi-wire copper conductors of flexibility class 5, which ensures high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The conductor insulation is made of halogen-free TI7 polymer, guaranteeing safety in the event of a fire – it limits the emission of toxic substances, protecting human health and sensitive electronics. Protective conductors (green-yellow) are located in the outer layer of the core, which facilitates identification and connection.

The braid of tinned copper wires with a coverage density of approximately 85% effectively shields the cable against electromagnetic interference (EMC), ensuring reliable signal transmission. The outer jacket made of halogen-free M1 plastic further increases fire resistance and provides durability and protection against mechanical damage.

The cable meets DIN VDE and EN standards, including CPR class B2ca-s1a, d0, a1, which confirms its high quality and safety of use. The cable is metered, which makes it easier to precisely adjust the length to the needs of a specific installation.
