Flexible shielded control cable – reliability and safety

This 12-core JZ-500 HMH-C cable with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² is an advanced solution for use in demanding industrial and construction conditions. The cable is designed to ensure stable signal transmission and a high level of safety, thanks to the use of halogen-free materials and shielding. It is ideal for both stationary and flexible installations where resistance to external factors and maintaining properties over a wide temperature range are important.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on multi-wire copper conductors (class 5) surrounded by insulation made of halogen-free TI6 mixture. The cores are twisted in parallel, then secured with a separating foil and an effective braid screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage). The whole is covered with a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture in gray color (RAL 7001). This construction provides high resistance to mechanical damage, the influence of atmospheric factors and corrosion.
