Flexible control cable – reliability and safety in every installation

This halogen-free, shielded JZ-500 HMH-C 18G1,5 cable is a versatile solution for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning installations and many more. It provides reliable signal transmission and safe operation in various conditions. The cable is designed for both stationary and flexible installations, offering a wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to +70°C.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of 18 stranded copper conductors, with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², insulated with halogen-free TI6 compound. The conductors are black with white numbering for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors) and a braided screen of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage, which minimizes electromagnetic interference. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 compound in grey color (RAL 7001). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 15.6 mm.
