This shielded, halogen-free JZ-500 HMH-C 3G10 cable is a versatile solution for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning installations and many more. The cable is designed for both stationary and flexible installations, providing reliable signal transmission in various environmental conditions. The construction with a high-density screen minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in demanding industrial applications.

Construction and properties for professionals

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, using stranded copper conductors class 5 to ensure high flexibility. The core insulation is made of halogen-free TI6 mixture, which increases safety in case of fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. The cores are black with white numbers for easy identification, and the protective core (as standard) is yellow-green. The braided screen made of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage provides effective protection against interference. The outer sheath made of halogen-free TM7 mixture guarantees durability and resistance to external factors.

The JZ-500 HMH-C 3G10 cable has a cross-section of 10 mm², rated voltage of 500 V and an approximate outer diameter of 15.6 mm. It is intended for use as a measuring and control cable in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, as well as air conditioning and metallurgical installations. Thanks to its properties, it is also perfect for stationary and flexible installations requiring high reliability and safety. The minimum bending radius is approx. 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying and approx. 12.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying. Coupling resistance does not exceed 250 Ohm/km.
