This halogen-free, shielded JZ-500 HMH-C cable is the ideal solution for demanding installations where reliable signal transmission and protection against interference are crucial. It will work well in both stationary and flexible installations.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. Made of high-quality materials, it meets strict safety standards. Copper strands, twisted in a way that ensures flexibility (class 5), are insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, which minimizes the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire. A braid screen made of tinned copper wires with a high density (85%) effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), ensuring stable signal transmission. The outer sheath made of halogen-free TM7 mixture provides additional mechanical protection and resistance to external factors.

The JZ-500 HMH-C cable with a cross-section of 120 mm² and a rated voltage of 500V is intended for applications requiring high reliability and safety. The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor for increased safety. Thanks to its properties, it is ideal for:

The minimum bending radius is approx. 12.5 x cable diameter for flexible applications and approx. 4 x cable diameter for stationary installations. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 45.2 mm.
