Flexible cable JZ-500 HMH-C is a reliable solution for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning installations and metallurgy. This cable, characterized by high flexibility and durability, is perfect for both stationary and dynamic installations. The construction with a braided screen of tinned copper wires provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing stable signal transmission.

Construction and properties

The cable is made of stranded copper conductors with a cross-section of 4 mm², insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture. Black conductors are numbered for easy identification, and the cable is also equipped with a yellow-green protective conductor. The braided screen with 85% coverage minimizes the impact of external interference. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer sheath made of TM7 mixture in gray color (RAL 7001). Thanks to the use of halogen-free materials, the cable meets strict fire safety standards.

JZ-500 HMH-C cable is used as a measuring and control cable in various industries. It can be used in dry, humid and wet environments and laid openly. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51/DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11 and has a fire reaction class Dca according to the CPR standard. The cable has passed fire tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-3-24, BS 4066 part 3, DIN EN 60332-3-24 and IEC 60332-3-24 confirming its self-extinguishing and non-flammable properties. Additionally, it meets the requirements for corrosion resistance to fire gases (DIN VDE 0482-754-2, DIN EN 60754-2, IEC 60754-2) and halogen-free (DIN VDE 0482-754-1, DIN EN 60754-1, IEC 60754-1).
