This halogen-free, shielded JZ-500 HMH-C 3G70 cable is an ideal solution for demanding installations where flexibility, safety and resistance to external factors are important. It will work well in both stationary and flexible installations.

Construction and properties ensuring long-term operation

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on stranded copper conductors, insulated with a TI6 halogen-free mixture. The screen made of tinned braid provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in modern control systems. In addition, the outer jacket made of TM7 mixture guarantees resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. Numbered conductors facilitate identification during assembly and servicing.

Technical specifications for professionals

The cable has a cross-section of 70 mm², rated voltage of 500 V and an outer diameter of approximately 36 mm. It is made of high-quality materials that meet strict safety standards (DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51). Coupling resistance is a maximum of 250 Ohm/km. The minimum bending radius is approx. 12.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and approx. 4 x diameter for stationary laying. The cable is available in gray (RAL 7001) and supplied in meter lengths. Remember to ensure proper contact of the shielding braid with the terminals for optimal EMC protection – cable glands providing extensive contact are recommended.
