This halogen-free control cable JZ-500 HMH-C with a cross-section of 95 mm² is an ideal solution for demanding installations where flexibility, protection against interference and fire safety are important. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-term and reliable operation. Made of stranded copper wire class 5, insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture, it provides good flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The cores are numbered for easy identification, and the yellow-green protective core (in the 3-core version) increases safety. A braided screen made of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference (EMC), guaranteeing stable signal transmission. The outer jacket made of a halogen-free TM7 mixture provides resistance to abrasion and weathering.

The cable meets strict safety standards, including self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-1-2. Additionally, it is compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking) and has a CPR Dca certificate. Low smoke emission and the absence of toxic gas release during combustion (LSOH) increase safety in the event of a fire.
