Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. Made of high-quality materials, it meets strict safety standards. The multi-wire copper conductors (class 5) are insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, which provides resistance to high temperatures and reduces the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire. The braid screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) minimizes electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing stable signal transmission. The outer jacket made of halogen-free TM7 mixture provides additional protection against mechanical damage and weathering.

The JZ-500 HMH-C 4G120 cable has a cross-section of 120 mm² and a rated voltage of 500 V. It is intended for applications requiring high reliability of control and measurement signal transmission. Thanks to its properties, it is perfect for industrial installations, machines and equipment exposed to harsh working conditions. The minimum bending radius is 4x cable diameter for fixed laying and 12.5x cable diameter for flexible laying. The coupling resistance does not exceed 250 Ohm/km. The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51/DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
